San Gabriel County Water District customers can quickly and easily pay their bills using our online payment system.

First time users need to set up an online account to access billing information and make payments. To complete this step, you will need the account number located on your paper bill.

Beginning March 1, 2026, payments should be made through the Customer Portal Page. 

**ALL CUSTOMERS** If you have not created an account  using the customer portal please click register first before signing on directly to Customer Portal page.

If you do not wish to sign up for autopay you can still access the portal and check out as a guest by clicking on the top right of the page and selecting "Pay as guest"
