New Online Bill Pay Site Coming on March 1

Starting on March 1, 2026, San Gabriel County Water District will be switching to a new online bill pay service.

Customers can visit sangabrielcountywdca.ourcommunityconnect.com to set up their accounts on the new Community Portal. Anyone who currently uses AutoPay or paperless billing will need to re-enroll for those services. For first time user instructions, CLICK HERE.

Those paying bills through February 28, 2026, can continue to use the current site at www.xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=sangabriel10586.
